Coolquium will take place on Wednesday 12, Thursday 13, Friday 14 June, at
the ENS Paris-Saclay (Cachan)

More than 80 contributions rooted in
social sciences (economics, management, sociology of organizations and
work, economic geography, etc.) and focusing on the automobile industry and
mobility, will report the results of the work of researchers associated
with our network, coming from all over the world, first and foremost from
the main car producing countries and regions in the world (EU, USA, Mexico,
Brazil, China, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, etc.).
At a crucial moment in its history,
when the automotive industry is being disrupted by the greatest turbulence,
the presentations will address the major forces of change that are
restructuring - or could reconfigure - the French, European and global
automotive industry:

At the end of the 2018-19 GERPISA's
seminar cycle ("journées du GERPISA"), students and
academics, as well professionals form the industry or with an interest in
the sector, are kindly invited to join us and attend presentations,
exchanges, debates and plenary conferences (in particular Mr. Bastard of
Renault and Mr. Leclere of PSA, on batteries and manufacturers'
electrification strategies, Wednesday 12th June at 14:00; and Mr. Louis
Schweitzer, former CEO and Chairman of the Board of Renault, who will give
us the honour of giving us his view of future of the automotive industry,
Thursday 13th June at 11:00).

participants at the conference, we will ask you for a small

catering and organisation, should you wish to come all day(s) and enjoy
lunch with us (50€/day of attendance).
The factory visit is reserved
primarily for academic members who will give a presentation at the
